Gatton Park's Halloween afternoon is Sunday 25 October, £8 adults and £3 children. Priory Farm's pumpkin field is from £6; Godstone and Bocketts open 17 Oct.

Reigate’s own Halloween event this year is at Gatton Park: Halloween Witches and Wizards, Sunday 25 October, 12 noon to 4pm, £8 for adults and £3 for children booked online. There is no town centre Halloween event in Reigate or Redhill listed by the borough council or the Belfry, so for pumpkin picking you head just outside the borough, to Priory Farm at South Nutfield or Godstone Farm.

Halloween itself falls on a Saturday, 31 October 2026, the last weekend of Surrey’s two-week half term (19 to 30 October). Everything below was checked on the organiser’s own page on 4 October 2026.

The quick answer

  • Gatton Park, Sunday 25 October, 12 to 4pm. Spooky trail and activities for younger children; £8 adult and £3 child online, £10 and £3 on the day if there is space.
  • Pumpkin picking: Priory Farm, South Nutfield (RH1 4EJ), daily 17 to 31 October. £6 walk-in or £9 by tractor online, plus 50p; pumpkins from £1.50, card only.
  • Bigger farm days: Godstone Farm and Bocketts Farm, both 17 October to 1 November. Godstone’s Halloween ticket is £19.95.

Gatton Park, Sunday 25 October

The Gatton Trust’s Halloween Witches and Wizards runs from 12 noon to 4pm on Sunday 25 October, the middle Sunday of half term. The Trust describes “Halloween activities and a spooky trail around the grounds”, themed activities in Gatton Hall and a “Bone-to-Pick trick or treat spinner”, and says it is “ideal for younger children”. The Gatton Hall tea room is open.

  • Prices: £8 per adult and £3 per child online; £10 per adult and £3 per child on the day, subject to availability.
  • Arrival slots: adult tickets are sold for arrival from noon or from 1.30pm. A child’s ticket covers either slot but has to be bought with an adult ticket.
  • Booking: on 4 October the event page carried a notice that Gatton’s online booking system was “undergoing maintenance”. If it is still down, the Trust’s events line is 01737 649068, or email events@gatton-park.org.uk.

Gatton also has smaller bookable Halloween sessions in half term, including Junk Modelling: Haunted Houses for ages 4 to 7 on Thursday 22 October (£8.50) and Trails and Tales: Room on the Broom on 28 and 30 October (£8.50). Our Gatton Park in winter page has the open days and Christmas workshops. The park is at RH2 0TW.

Priory Farm, South Nutfield

The nearest pumpkin field to Reigate and Redhill is at Priory Farm, off the A25 east of Redhill at Sandy Lane, RH1 4EJ. It runs two separate tickets, and there is no combined ticket.

The Pumpkin Field is open daily from 17 to 31 October. Walk in for £6 online (£7 on the door), or take the Pumpkin Field Tractor Adventure for £9 online (£10 on the door), which also runs at weekends earlier in October. Both have a 50p online booking fee. The tractor goes from the Discovery Land car park, takes at least an hour, and is not suitable for pushchairs, dogs or wheelchair users. Pumpkins are extra, from £1.50 and priced by size, and the whole estate is card only.

The Halloween trail at Discovery Land, this year Brother Hay’s “School of Trickery”, is open Tuesday to Sunday until 16 October, then daily from 17 October to Sunday 1 November. Peak tickets (weekends and school holidays) are £12 online and off-peak £9 online, plus 50p; on the door it is £13 and £10 if any are left. Your ticket time is an arrival slot. The trail closes at 5pm until 24 October and 4.30pm from 25 to 31 October, and Priory Farm suggests allowing at least two hours (Priory Farm).

Godstone Farm

Godstone Farm, on Tilburstow Hill Road, Godstone, RH9 8LX, runs Halloween from Saturday 17 October to Sunday 1 November 2026. The ticket is a full day at the farm park, open 10am to 4.45pm, with the Halloween activities included.

  • Prices: £19.95 for adults and for children aged 2 to 15, £9.95 for a child aged 1, under-1s and carers free. The farm says online is the best price.
  • Extras: pumpkin carving from the farm’s patch costs £5 more and marshmallow toasting £3.50.
  • What is on: the farm says it is “still confirming” its 2026 schedule. Last year’s programme, which it uses as the guide, had the Great Halloween Traitor mystery trail with a prize for every child, crafts and creepy crawlies.

Bocketts Farm and Tulleys

Two bigger days out are further away.

  • Bocketts Farm Park, Young Street, Fetcham, KT22 9BS, runs Little Pumpkins Week from 17 to 23 October and Wizards and Witches Week from 24 October to 1 November: science and slime shows, a reptile roadshow, a spooky stamp trail, a craft corner and its Pumpkin Village. The farm is open daily, 10am to 5pm; pony rides are £3 and tractor rides £2 on top of entry.
  • Tulleys Pumpkin Festival, Turners Hill Road, near Crawley (RH10 4PD for sat nav), opens on selected days through the autumn, with entry times staggered and visitors welcome to stay until 5.30pm. New this year is a Pumpkin Valley. Pumpkins are priced by size ring, from £1 to £25, and under-16s must be with a paying adult (Tulleys FAQs).

Getting there and parking

Priory Farm, Godstone Farm and Gatton Park all have their own car parks, and both farms’ Halloween fortnights are busiest on the two half-term weekends. If you are combining Gatton with Reigate town, our parking in Reigate page has the car parks and charges. Check our roadworks and travel page before you set off: the A25 is the route to both Priory Farm and Godstone.

Also in half term

The Horley Lions fireworks are on Saturday 17 October, the first day of the holiday, and tickets are advance only. Our October half term page has the full fortnight, including the free library sessions, and What’s On in Reigate has everything else this month.

Still to be confirmed

  • Godstone Farm’s 2026 Halloween schedule. The farm says it is still confirming the activities; dates and prices are set.
  • Bocketts’ Halloween ticket prices. The event pages give the dates and activities; check the farm’s ticket page for the price on your day.
  • Any town centre event. If the Belfry or a Reigate venue announces a Halloween event, we will add it here.
